ABOUT PACEWORKS' MANAGEMENT
Dr. Phac Le Tuan, Chairman, President & CEO, is a visionary technologist and former executive at Apple Computer and Schlumberger Technologies
with over 20 years in the software and computer industries and a solid track record for bringing to market
superior, easy-to-use and cost-effective products or services designed for real needs and real people.
Phac is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications from Paris, France.
He also holds a Doctorate in Computer Graphics from Université d'Orsay, France.
John Phelan, Vice-President of Marketing, has over 16 years of consumer, small business, and enterprise IT experience.
Prior to PaceWorks, he led a product management team at Chemdex/Ventro, a pioneer in building hosted e-commerce marketplaces for companies like DuPont, Genentec and American Express.
John also held executive positions in product management for desktop database products, consumer software products, as well as retail financial services products at Wells Fargo Bank and Charles Schwab.
John holds a BA from Colgate University, and an MBA from San Francisco State University..
Brian Baird, CTO, has 25 years of experience architecting and building software and hardware systems.
He has ported operating systems to parallel supercomputers, designed high performance I/O systems for mainframes,
architected full-custom ECL microprocessors, built custom EDA software for hardware design, and consulted to industry
in the areas of software and network security, embedded systems, and network switching and routing architecture.
Jason Negrete, Director of Engineering, has over 4 years of experience designing and implementing Internet-based solutions
with a database back-end. Primarily focused on Microsoft .NET technology and development of innovative, dynamic,
and efficient websites, including powerful web services.
